This was a great experience. To be honest I'm still not sure if I spoke to a human or an AI system because the person was so pleasant and responsive. For the sake of humanity and the question of Turing Test, I hope it was a human. ?? I shipped over the holiday week, so things were messy but the company did a great job communicating and finding me transport in Southern California for a classic truck. The truck got here in perfect shape and they helped me get it into the garage (doesn't run). All around highly recommended.
