This was the first auto transport I had ever done. ASG, and specifically, Felicia Williams, came highly recommended from a friend of mine. Felicia took care of me through the entire process. I called her on a Friday, on her day off, while she was packing for a trip; nonetheless, she took time to take down information from me and address all of my questions. Felicia kept in constant contact with me and enabled me to set all of my worries and fears aside. I'm giving the company a 5-star rating, but I'd give Felicia a 10-star rating. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to family and friends. Thank you, Felicia, for all you did to get my 57 Chevy, to me, from Virginia to Illinois.
