I can't say enough positive things about Gretchen, and by proxy ASG. Of the people I've spoken with about these situations, ASG has proven to be reliable and moreover Gretchen has been almost a friend in the past few months. I've shipped 3 vehicles fully across the country at different times and with multiple carriers, and she's been in quick, easy email, phone and text communication throughout the process, including times when there have been problems with carriers being able to deliver promptly. She was able to find quick replacement shipping in one instance which ended up being only minimally more expensive and quite last minute. This business can be very sketchy. Please look out for RoadRunner and their associated high-pressure sales pitches that are designed to make you feel as though you're being scammed. All I've got to say is look at the reviews and trust your gut. I did that and couldn't be happier with this experience, otherwise I wouldn't take the time to write this long review. I would most definitely recommend ASG in the future and would honestly probably just directly send people to Gretchen - she's been more than awesome and I couldn't say a bad thing about her. Thanks to ASG for getting me cross country in a timely fashion, navigating the otherwise rough waters of the auto transport business!
