I was in a “major crunch” to have my truck shipped from Georgia to the Oregon Coast and really stressing on finding a last minute shipper. I literally had about one week to close on my house and fly with my dog from Atlanta to Portland for a permanent move. I had contacted several other companies in the weeks before my move and spoken with a plethora of agents who all seemed, at first, to be willing to help. After signing initial contracts with at least two of these companies, all communication ceased. Luckily, I stumbled upon Auto Shipping Group’s Kimberly who, as it turned out, was simply amazing. Kimberly was on it from the get-go. In a nervous voice I explained my dilemma. Kimberly’s calm concern immediately put me at ease. Kimberly kept in constant phone contact with me and in less than an hour had transport set-up for me for the following week. Kimberly thoroughly explained pick-up and delivery methods and how everything would shake out. Although, I did end up selling my vehicle to a good friend, I can say with confidence that Kimberly would have guided me through the entire transport process with ease. In the future, if I am in need of vehicle shipping, you can bet my first call will be to Kimberly F. at Auto Shipping Group. Clinton, I am so glad that I was able to turn your nightmare of an experience around in to a positive one. I did enjoy our phone calls about Tillamook and I WILL be finding your food truck when you get there and get it up and running with your brother. We're just to close to Tillamook not to go give it a try. I will make sure to introduce myself as you have asked. I look forward to having a meal with you.
