This is my second experience with ASG. Arnold was great, the process is easy and I would use again. Just have an open mind with the expected pick up time and drop off. I would imagine all transport companies are the same in this regard as they rely on third party transport to do the actual shipping of the vehicle and delays/changes can and will happen (my first vehicle arrived early!).
