Aloha,
Gretchen’s personal customer service made all the difference in shipping my vehicle from San Francisco to Eastern Oregon. It seems overwhelming looking at all the options for auto shipping online. I called several different companies. Many of them had automated systems. When I actually got ahold of a person they were so unhelpful they might as well have been automated. Gretchen made me feel like I had a friend helping me find the best way to get my car from
point A to point B. I had a less than common destination, but Gretchen persevered and found a driver to pick up my SUV. Thanks so much, Gretchen. If I had not found you so responsive to my needs, I may have given up and just flown out to drive the car myself.
