First of all I am very happy that your vehicle arrived as quickly as it did and that we were able to get your vehicle picked up as quickly as we did especially when your transport required expedited shipping dates. When we first spoke on May 14th you had expressed to me that you needed your vehicle delivered to its destination in Florida no later than May 25-26th. This route requires a 7-9 day travel time from when a carrier loads your vehicle to arrive for delivery. This is the EXACT TEXT I sent to you regarding your request. "The standard travel time for this route is typically 7-9 days so if you are looking to have your vehicle delivered around the 25-26th then the vehicle would need to be picked up in the next few days. If the vehicle needs to be picked up that quickly you would need to book with expedited shipping. Give me a call as soon as you can in the morning so we can talk over the dates more and figure out what will fit your needs best. Nicole Hancock Account Specialist 360-464-2571 Nicole@autoshippinggroup.com"...I did not hear back from you until the 17th where we went over your options for the expedited rate for an immediate pick up at $1584 you requested that we place your order but you did not want to pay the expedited rates but to be placed at the standard shipping cost which was quoted at $1104 and you still needed your vehicle to be delivered as close to the 25th as possible (this only giving a carrier only 6 days instead of the 7-9 days required for the route to travel if the vehicle were to be picked up that day). We went over in great detail about your possibilities of the dates not fitting because of the short notice and that most carriers will have a premium for the service you were asking for...remember the expedited price was quoted at $1584. We made contact with a carrier that said they would agree to pick up your vehicle the next day and deliver your vehicle on the 24th (they added a 2nd driver to the truck to make sure they could meet the customers request dates) for only $50 above the STANDARD shipping rate which took your total to $1154. WOW thats amazing! I contacted you and went over this option and you happily accepted the carrier and thanked me for saving you so much money and still meeting your short notice request. As far as adding any additional monies to our fee is absolutely inaccurate as the amount we authorized at the time you placed your order is the exact same amount we charged at the time your vehicle was loaded and nothing more. The additional $50 the carrier requested was strictly for providing the Expedited service and adding and additional driver to accommodate your request. Again I am sorry if you felt that you were misinformed but am elated that our company was able to provide such stellar service in what should have been an impossible request.
