We never raised the rate on you. Our fee did not change, so it was not a bait and switch. The carrier picked up a day earlier than their estimate. The average time to find a carrier is 1-10 business days, which we did. So again I"m sorry if you didn't understand the timing or pricing after we discussed it and you received it in your invoice and terms.
