I had contracted directly with Trusty Transport (trusty? definitely not!) They told me they could get me a truck within 2-3 days of my requested pick-up from Delray Beach traveling to Minneapolis. THEY COULD NOT HONOR THEIR WORD, and when I asked them why they said, "ma'am we have 1200 cars to get out of South Florida" as if that is MY PROBLEM!!! THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS. Why didn't they just tell me on the front end that they probably could NOT honor my request! Desperate, I reached out to Kimberly at Auto Transport and said "can you get me a truck in 24 hours?" SHE DID!!! And I had my car in 5 days. Ernesto was my driver and I am so very happy with them! I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again in the future. I have always been told to deal DIRECT with an auto transport company instead of using a broker. But when you CAN"T TRUST the auto transport company, then I absolutely recommend working with a broker. It is more money, but at least they do what they say they are going to do!!!
