Felicia was very kind and reassuring on the phone. It took some time to get a carrier scheduled and the price jumped up a little bit (+$91) from the original quote but I'm guessing that's not uncommon as they have to negotiate with the carriers for a price. Felicia gave helpful updates along the way. I was very relieved when she was able to get a carrier for my vehicle. She checked multiple times on the carrier and sent me updates. The carrier was not perfect but the vehicle was delivered safely and early. The only issues were communicating with the carrier. It was difficult to understand them on the phone. But, in the end, it all worked out. So I'm pleased overall. I'd use ASG again. Thank you Felicia!

When you set up the order you made clear the pick up window had to be betw. 3/6-3/10 because u didnt want to pay for a rental car. And then you weren't flexible on the delivery side as well. Price went up cause you really werent flexible. Your main focus was itinerary. Thanks for your business and time.
