Absolutely amazing service!!

After waiting an entire week on another shipping broker/company we had seen enough (we got baited with a low price and drug along with excuses and no results).

I contacted Kimberly and within in seconds I knew I would get positive results. Her knowledge of the process was immediate and logical, something the previous company could only wish for. Now keep in mind, during our 1st conversation we were still brokered with the other company, this is key because Kimberly didn't care, she was there to help our situation, and her doing so prompted us to drop the previous service and use her immediately.

Here's the kicker, within the hour of us making the deal we had an enclosed transporter assigned and scheduled for pickup!! We had just been drug behind the bus of the previous company for 5 days and she gets it done within the hour!! Let me tell you something, if you want results, and you want them fast then I'd dare to say she's with whom you want to arrange your transport. I obviously cannot say you'll get the instant response I did but it's pretty obvious that she has the knowledge base and tools to make it happen! Great Job!

P.S. We received the car the day after it was picked up (1 day transport), it was in perfect condition. The transporter was friendly and stayed in touch as he promised. He was on time and courteous upon arrival as well.
