I had an excellent experience with ASG. Brandon was a great agent to deal with. I’d recommend him and this company anytime to anyone. I’ve used them twice now and will continue in the future. Anytime I had a question via text Brandon called immediately to answer questions and stayed on the phone until he was sure I was satisfied with his answer and my question was fulfilled, every single time. He made me feel like I was the only customer they had (not true though, these folks are busy). Work with Brandon if you use this company! The truck was supposed to be picked up a week ago but a snag came up with the driver and Brandon had to find a new driver for my truck. It took a few days (about 5 or 6) but once the truck was on its way from MS it was in AZ less than 48 hours later.

Know that if you are shipping a car you are at the mercy of the driver not the logistics folks. Having cars shipped on time is a luxury not very common due to the folks like Brandon having to find the right driver who happens to be going through both pick up and drop off cities. You are on a driver’s time, not yours. The folks who get mad about their vehicle being delivered late should understand this. You must be flexible when shipping your vehicle. If you are flexible, you will have a great experience shipping your car. Brandon made sure my truck was delivered once the original driver fell through and kept me updated throughout the process. 100 stars to ASG and Brandon. They are a good and reputable company to work with and they have a life long customer with me and my family.
