Brenda has been an excellent, friendly, conscientiousness, and thorough helper throughout the process. I called the Auto Shipping Group to inquire about moving my car from NY to California within the week or so. She put my car on the dashboard and within two hours (much earlier than expected), a dispatcher from one of the freight company's had called to transport my vehicle. Brenda and I spoke on the phone numerous times to iron out the pickup details, such as who the driver was, when they would arrive, the estimated delivery time, and payment details. Even during non-working hours, Brenda kept in touch with me about the state of my car. My car arrived in Los Angeles a few days earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the roof my car had been damaged on the way. It was a rather unfortunate case, nothing deliberate. I informed Brenda about what had happened, and she has been extremely proactive in ensuring that the car freight company will pay for the expenses to fix the damages on my vehicle. Throughout the process, Brenda has been extremely positive, kind, dedicated, and competent to ensure that my experience from the beginning to the end has been extremely positive. I cannot thank her highly enough for all of this.
