We researched a lot of companies and the process before choosing ASG. The initial email Stephanie sent us upon our quote request lined up exactly with the information we had found online regarding how these companies work. She was very responsive, helpful and informative. A carrier accepted the load within the timeframe she gave us and it was picked up and delivered on the dates promised. There was a delay in the pickup time due to weather, but we understand that is unavoidable. The overall experience was painless :)
