Pick was on time which was the more worrisome of the ends. The delivery was late. We were given a three day window and did not hear from the shipper at all during this period of time. The same three day window was repeated without update. We knew there was a possibility of the vehicle being late so were not too upset but I am giving four stars because the communication about a reliable estimate of delivery fell flat.
