We needed to move our daughter's brand new Hyundai from south Jersey to Nashville. I did not understand the process and got very frustrated trying to make it happen. Finally, I decided to go on the BBB site and find a shipper. What I found was AGS. From the start Felicia explained to me EXACTLY how the process worked. And when I began to panic because a week before the move, we still did not have a shipper. I called Felicia in a frenzy, and she calmed me down and explained again how the process works. My husband and daughter were making me nuts..."why don't we have a shipper?" I pestered Felicia again... and she once again, with incredible patience, explained the process. By the Friday before my daughter's move-in, I heard from the shipper, Load N Go. They were wonderful. Shawn, our driver, worked with us on delivery - even meeting us by Nashville International Airport the morning we arrived. The car was running, AC cooling it down and the car was in stellar condition when we got there. He even helped us load large heavy suitcases into the trunk! Felicia and Shawn saved me the trouble and expense of renting a car for a couple of days
