I am happy that Felicia Williams was my point of contact because she was very prompt in getting my vehicle dispatched and communicating with Motion Auto Carriers on the pick up and delivery of my car. With this kind of service everything is based on estimates from the price to the pick up day total time in transit and the delivery day. Felicia made sure I was aware of all changes and was not surprised by unexcpected problems. My vehicle was picked up on time but was delivered late. It was a bit frustrating as I had just started my new job and was still waiting for my car and had to keep moving my work schedule around for estimated deliveries that never happened. Felicia made sure to communicate on my behalf and was an all around joy to work with. She gave me continuous updates, made sure I knew my case was on her mind and put my mind at ease by doing all the checking in with Motion Auto Carriers. She made this whole process less stressful. I would recommend anyone looking for a stress free move to work with her. Thanks again Felicia!
