Lance was so knowledgeable about the shipping process that it made me comfortable from the very beginning.Then Lance followed up with me throughout the process. He kept me informed even when there was a slight delay in the pick up. I never worried about it because I trusted Lance to manage it for me.Lance is an outstanding representative for your company, I hope you will recognize his excellent service.The driver was also very polite and well mannered which was appreciated.The car was a little dirty on the outside but no more than you would expect for a car that had been shipped across the country.I feel I received exceptional white glove service which was very appreciated.I would unquestionably call your company and specifically Lance again, it felt like I had a friend taking care of my vehicle. Thank you and thank you Lance.
