I contacted Auto Shipping Group because of the highly favorable ratings that they have received as a vehicle transport company. I had the pleasure of being taken care of throughout the entire process by Brenda. Initial contact with Brenda set the tone for what was to be a very stress and hassle free auto transport. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made it that much more easy to entrust a brand new car to be moved by Auto Shipping Group. Her emails were and follow-ups were prompt and she provided all required information in her communications with me. She even went so far as to, on several occasions while awaiting my vehicle to be picked up for transport, to call and email me about the current status of my request for transport. At the time to pickup Brenda stayed in contact with me, almost literally, until the time that my car was picked up. Brenda, even after the initial pickup Brenda followed up via both text and email to assure that the experience was as she suggested that it would be.
Furthermore, when the driver(s) arrived they were friendly, greeted me with a smile, exchanged handshakes, and were extremely careful when loading and inspecting my Vehicle.
