My experience was really great. From the first phone call to get a quote to the final delivery, the customer service representative Felicia was super helpful. She managed to set me up with a carrier with a really short time window. She then followed up with every step in the process with both emails and text messages. I am truly impressed with the service she provided and how helpful she was. Last but not the least, the driver of the carrier, Michael was also really helpful and friendly. Overall my experience has been a great one. I would definitely recommend this service.
