After an average customer service experience that was good and not great I have been hassled for weeks about writing a review for the representative. I have received emails, text messages and even a phone call during a dinner out with family. At first I was being begged for a 5 star review to get the representative his review bonus. Then it was write any review to get me my bonus with a limited time frame. I m writing this review to stop the endless begging for a damn review. My representative did communicate well. He answered the phone on a Saturday. He corrected misinformation after I texted corrections. He was in communication through the shipping process. He also matched another companies price on our first call only to increase the price later. Then he called again after the paperwork was signed and the cashier's check was written to increase the price again when the driver was at the pick up. I would have rather not give a review because I don't think his service was worth reviewing. I even texted this information back to the rep after receiving a late night text from him over a week ago. Then I was sent another email. This begging for reviews is practically becoming harassment at this point. I hope this review ends this annoyance in my life. I will not use or recommend this company again because of this. Leave me alone!
