I would have liked to have been notified when the vehicle was loaded in the enclosed trailer and departed the point of origin in Kansas, in fact I was under the impression that it was part of the information process. The only reason I knew anything about the VW actually being loaded and time was because the seller sent me photos and the time the truck left.
