The customer service was awesome, they did an awesome job coordinating everything. They came and picked up the car on Tuesday and said it would arrive either that Sunday or Monday. The car arrived on Sunday around 730am and when I walked outside he already had the car off of the trailer. The driver was friendly, personable and professional. He went over the car with me and showed me any scratches that were there before pick up. The car was dirty from the trip across the country which should be expected because it was an open trailer but there was no damage to the car.
