Overall it's good. My car was delivered on time. And customer service is very nice. She is very friendly. This is my first time to deliver a vehicle. She was very patient and explained everything in detail and helped me understand the procedure.
The only problem is that my car got very dirty. Need to do a complete car wash before inspection. But everything looks good.
