After reviewing several quotes and talking to the various customer service reps I decided to go with ASG. I worked with Jennifer from ASG, she was friendly and very attentive.
I was nervous about shipping two cars across the country but Jennifer kept me informed of the progress the entire time. I never felt ignored or miss treated. I thought that once I shipped the cars I would never hear from ASG again. I was wrong. We were in constant contact with Jennifer throughout the process. She called the day before the cars were delivered and on the day they were delivered. I had questions for the driver and Jennifer took charge and acted as a middleman. She got all the information I needed and arranged everything. I didn’t have to deal with anyone other than her. This is exactly how a broker should do business.
The next time I ship my cars I will definitely be using Auto Shipping Group Inc. and I highly recommend you do the same. Ask for Jennifer.
