Lance at Auto Shipping Group is awesome. He made me feel comfortable by taking the time to explain every step of the process and he was very patient with my many questions. Snow and ice caused a 1 day delay so I cannot hold that against the transporter. Incidentally, they were in contact with me the whole time to let me know where the car was. I HIGHLY recommend using Lance as he has exceptional communication skills in a business that is notorious for bad communication. I would use them again without hesitation.
