Kim was very prompt in the am to call and get the ball rolling. She kept me up to date on all the particulars concerning my vehicle delivery. She answered my emails almost as fast as I could send them. She was patient and kind with us never doing this before. She's an asset to any company and I hope you realize what a good job she does.
