First let me clarify that the late pickup was to avoid potential damage to the car.
I have never shipped a car so other than a truck and some liability papers I was in the dark and needed my hand held. Felicia did just that, lived up to promises, was honest about limitations and did not promise what she knew she could not deliver. I say that last bit because I pushed a little. I wanted my toy sooner than later and as I know now , that is not how this always works. Sort of like fishing, eventually it's up to the fish!
Felicia was the kind voice on the other end to provide solutions to what had become a difficult purchase process. When I sell my corvette I will recommend the buyer use ASG and specifically to ask for Felicia.
