I have never been more impressed with someone’s customer service skills and general compassionate nature wrapped up in one company in my life. I received very little notice from my company that I was moving across the country from VA to AK. I researched and called dozens of shipping companies and spoke to various other brokers, I was literally about to commit to one for a reasonable price (or so I thought) when Malia reached out to me. We spoke and she immediately informed me of the shipping process and how it worked, from my end to hers. Long story short, I was lied to by dozens of brokers, claiming certain prices and shipping dates, just wanting me to pay them a fee and then they were going to drop off the face of the earth. Malia showed me certain companies that I had spoken to that had horrid reviews or were not even accredited with the BBB. Thankfully I did not fall subject to one of these scams! Malia worked with me every step of the way, working to get me a better quote from different shippers and being patient and understanding each time. This was all completely new to me and she made it a very stress free and “much cheaper” process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle to be shipped, or even if you have questions, I’m sure you will be as impressed as I was and stick with her!! Thanks again Malia for everything!
