I was apprehensive from my previous bad experience of auto shipments. I did a lot a research, talked to several people from the top 5 brokerage companies. Felicia Williams of Auto Shipping Group was the most knowledgeable, kind and patient representative of all of them. One of top ranking companies representative told me, "I don't have time to listen to all the details, we are the best, every one else are crook." The second ranked one representative told me "You got to understand, you know nothing (for a second I felt good, I could be John Snow. :-) )."

Felicia and Auto Shipping Group was ranked third, in my opinion they should be ranked one. She took her time to educate me and I asked a lot of questions and wanted to know a lot of hypothetical situations. She was also very patient during the bidding time. Her professional attitude is worth a very big thank you.

The car was delivered without any damage. There was some delay and little things here and there but the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Auto Shipping Group and Felicia Williams for car shipment to all my friends.
