My 2014 Mercedez 350 was shipped from Mableton, GA to Cedar Rapids on an open carrier. Despite the car being dirty on arrival and picked up late, the were no dings or dents on the car. Also the car was delivered on time. The could improve on their communication with the customer before, during and after carrier pickup. So the customer is constantly aware of the status of his or their shipment. Apart from that, I was pretty pleased at the quality of the service and Brenda was amazing.
