I was completely satisfied by the professionalism demonstrated by Kimberly Freiley. Technically the car was not picked up or delivered late. There is a caveat regarding a couple of days flexibility pertaining to the pick up and delivery dates of the vehicle, which is fine. Any delay was due to driver/road issues and not with Ms. Freiley or Auto Shipping. All in all I was satisfied with the service and I recommend them.
