So based on what I can see on the notes from Heidi who was the rep back in JULY when you had the vehicle shipped, there was a new scratch and a mudguard was broken in two places. She emailed you the insurance and instructed you to file a claim. Insurance needs to be claimed right away so that they know it happened while the vehicle was not in your possession. You called us on the 28th of July to tell us of the damages, but did not call the insurance company or the carrier until the 11th of August. That will not be claimed on insurance because it was almost 2 weeks since the vehicle was delivered. You have to be able to show proof that it was damaged in the carriers possession as it states in our terms and the carriers terms which you signed. The insurance isn't valid for 24 after receiving your vehicle but you need to report the damages within 24 hours which you did not do. I am sorry that the terms and conditions were not clear. It has been 9 months since this happened and we haven't heard from you since August. We potentially could have helped you but too much time has passed no. We are sorry but there is nothing more we can do.
