I was arranging to have my boss' car shipped from UT to CA. This is not a process I had done before so was unsure how easy it would be. Lance made it perfect. He was prompt, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable that this will go smoothly. If I ever have to do this again, Lance will be my first call.
