I recently purchased a vehicle in Maine and needed to ship it to Montana. Felicia served as my only company contact throughout the process and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. She took the time initially to explain the process and discuss alternatives to ensure that I was comfortable and informed before making any decisions. Felicia was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and communicative throughout the process. She was readily available to answer questions and routinely provided updates through email, phone, or text. Her availability and commitment to customer service cannot be overstated.
