When I first started setting up to have my truck moved from NC to MS, I had 0% knowledge on how this process works. I naively thought it was simple. I called a number on a website and thought it would be all good and done. This company harassed me to sign paperwork from day one, which gave me an uneasy feeling. I called Lance as his company had great reviews here. I cannot express my gratitude enough on how informative and patient he was. He explained the whole process until I clearly understood it. I told him I would consider switching over, but ended up telling him given all of the complicated stuff I was dealing with the move I was just going to stay with who I was already with. Huge mistake. I gave this company two weeks notice and the week they were supposed to have a driver came and went. No one reached out to me, no one returned my voicemails. I called Lance back on Saturday. He was off shift but assured me we would get this taken care of, and put my name out there for drivers. Monday morning he had a driver. He followed up to make sure everything was picked up and delivered. Poor guy even let me rant about my previous experience. I cannot recommend him enough. Don't think you'll get some cheap, professional and reliable experience from the company you call. Call Lance Staab.
