Julie Johnston was very prompt and professional in response to my transport request. She coordinated with my carrier contact Mike from Vy Express Inc. and made me very comfortable with my decision to use her service. This was my first time using an auto transport service but julie guided me through the process step by step and made sure my transport needs were met. Mike's contact info was not accurate, but he contacted me with updated and accurate contact info. He also went above and beyond in his efforts to pick up and deliver my automobile earlier than expected. I couldn't have asked for any better of service than was provided. Mike even went as far as helping me start my antique automobile when it had random starting issues. He definitely takes pride in what he does and it's apparent how much he's committed to getting the job done! Thanks Auto Shipping Group for job well done and I will use your services again in the future!
