Lance was a real pleasure to deal with for my transport of car from Virginia to California. He was willing to be fairly aggressive in trying to get a good rate, more so than other companies I contacted that pretty much would give you a quote and then throw their hands up in the air and say they were at the mercy of the bidding program. I appreciated Lance's low pressure sales approach, honesty, responsiveness, followup, and excellent communication skills (he actually focuses on your questions and concerns and responds). So I would give Lance a solid 5 - and I never write reviews and am a tough customer.

The company they used was very good. Wife absolutely loved them, they were timely, put her in a taxi as needed, etc. The only glitch was that the truck in California had a mechanical problem with the lift so the car (which arrived early) wasn't ready in the morning when I hoped it would as the mechanic was frantically trying to fix it. This wasn't Unified Auto Transport Group's fault and they were very involved and helpful, so they still get a solid 5.

I'll recommend them to my friends and colleagues and use them again next month if they give me another good rate!
