I chose Auto Shipping Group Inc (ASG) after beginning the quote process with another company. After reading reviews of that first company, I decided to contact a highly ranked company (ASG) from this website instead. Chell Hart took my call and immediately put me at ease about my first car shipping experience. She thoroughly explained the process of brokering the shipment of my car and provided me with her contact information so that I could reach her at any time. ASG's starting quote was a couple hundred dollars higher than the first company I talked to. However the service and peace of mind Chell's service provided well offset the difference. Once my car's transport was put out for driver's to bid on, Chell advised me expertly to wait out an initial offer that would have been $200 more than the offer I finally accepted from a second driver. Chell informed me that ASG only uses drivers/shipping companies that have established a good standing in their past dealings. This proved to be true, as both the pick up crew and the delivery crews were professional and friendly. Chell continually kept me updated on the bidding process and then the location of my car's shipment. Though it was not necessary, Chell and ASG offer their guidance beyond delivery and into the claims process if damages occur. I highly recommend Auto Shipping Group Inc and Chell Hart to anyone interested in shipping a car.
