I contacted Kim Freiley last minute for shipment and she was absolutely helpful. I was able to find a carrier within 2 days which coordinated with my air travel from MI to CA and the driver was on time. She made all the paperwork extremely easy to fill out and completed electronically. I was able to text her with any questions and she replied back promptly. I honestly left everything up to her and she proved herself to be highly competent. I honestly appreciate her help because I was going through a tough time. I would definitely get hold of her for any future transport.
