David is friendly and knowlegeable in this business. He did explain clearly the auto shipping process and complete my auto relocation sucessfully. However; I am not agree with his price estimate trategy. I had to agree with 25% higher price as original estimated price for the shipping since I ran out of time to change or do much. I recommend that you should negotiate the price range with any auto shipping group in order to prevent any surprise of price change.
