We had a time sensitive move to transport our car to FL from CA for our son who was moving. I called multiple car carrier companies before I spoke to Heidi Taylor. At Auto Shipping Group, Inc. I was uncomfortable with every single person until her.

You read other customer experiences online and become leary of rates being jacked up at the last minute, because they know you need to move the car and are stuck! When I spoke to Heidi, she explained why this happens, and said it could happen on my order, depending on available drivers, but she would hunt that rate for me. It was an estimate that came in the middle of the road on quotes I had received.

For 1 1/2 months, she updated me on available drivers, and did not bother me with rates that were higher than I could pay. When I got nervous our earliest pick up date was arriving, she went to work hard for me!

The car was picked up 4 days before my son moved, and miraculously, arrived cross country 5 days earlier than the outside date. They guaranteed delivery by Aist 8th, but delivered the car on August 3rd to my son in FL. It worked perfect for us, as my son did not need to rent a car which would have added more $$ to the move! The car was not damaged in any way; it was as it was when we loaded it in CA-NEW & no scratches or dents!

Thank You Heidi Taylor! She promised she would get the car to FL as we needed it! She maintained her rate throughout! That is why I would do business with her again if the meed arises!
