I am sorry for your family emergency you had which had made the payment process a little more difficult than average. I did everything I could to help you out with how payment would happen as the drivers accepted the load knowing payment would be on delivery,not always do the drivers have a way of taking Credit Card for payments as some companies are not that large to need the credit card processor. I am glad I was able to figure out a way to do that and also happy our drivers were able to work with the change on delivery address and contact information to as well help with the situation. It was a pleasure assisting you with your auto relocation. Hope all is going better now. Feel free to contact me again should the auto relocation need arise again in the future. Take Care!
