I found and contacted Chell based on positive reviews from other customers. Chell was excellent from start to finish. She made sure I was informed of the process before the deal was even made and then she kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis. I didn't have to use it but she even provided me with an off-hours phone number in case I needed to reach her. I think customers must keep in mind that regardless of how well the broker handles their part, they are still relying on third-party carriers (drivers) to perform professionally as well. I did not have any issues with my carrier but even if I had, Chell performed her duties wonderfully and I'm sure she would have done everything in her power to resolve any carrier related issues. Chell is absolutely what you're looking for in a shipping broker. If you're looking to ship a vehicle, don't hesitate in giving her a shot at it. You won't be disappointed.
