The process of arranging the transport was very easy and Felicia answered all of my questions and a last minute availability change. A truck was available sooner than I expected and delivery was made the next day (Atlanta to Chicago). The driver's GPS sent him to the wrong location (1/4 mile away), so I had to drive to take receipt of the transported car, but the driver offered to drive it over to my actual location, so thanks and nicely done for his customer service.

Unfortunately the car above mine on the transport dripped oil onto my rear window and when the delivery was made it was raining so I didn't notice this at the time. Taking it to the car wash the following day and a bottle of de-greaser took care of this. So overall, the car arrived without damage, just dirty/oily due to another vehicle being transported.

This was a much easier process than I imagined and I would have no problem using Auto Shipping Group again and recommending Felicia as the person to work wth.
