Kim and ASG (auto shipping group) came through because ship a car direct could not. ASG was my second choice. But Ship A Car Direct failed to get the appropriate carrier out. I canceled with Ship a Car Direct after 4 days of waiting for them to find the right carrier for my Porsche.

Kim kept letting me know that they could come through...and she did...arranging a carrier within less than a few hours, which picked up my Porsche that very night and delivered to LA.

The carrier did scratch my door slightly and they were 3 hours late to deliver, but this doesn't reflect on Kim or ASG. Just bad luck. I would definitely go with ASG again.

I know there was a little frustration about the delivery because you had flown in to meet the carrier and they were a little behind, but I am so glad that we were able to get all this taken care of you, especially before you contact in TX left for vacation.
