Customer service and promptness with finding a carrier was wonderful. She was able to fulfill everything I requested in a limited amount of time. Though the brokerage service was great the carrier service was below average. Pick up and drop off was late and communication was horrible. The carrier that was used was AJ Exotic Transport Inc.
