Sent my daughter her car for college. Having never done this before, I reached out to several vendors. Felicia took the time to thoroughly explain the process from start to finish. I really appreciated it as I had no prior knowledge. She kept me notified on a daily basis of what was happening. The total cost wound up being $25 less than originally quoted - very nice! The service she linked me with was prompt, courteous and got the car to my daughter one day earlier than we anticipated - which was very good! Would very much use them again and would recommend them to a newbie or a seasoned user.
