Easy coordination and communication with Gina. Shipment was on time and as described. Only issue was at delivery driver only gave 3 hours of notice prior to delivery. For those with jobs, this is too short of time frame to ensure availability at delivery time. A call the day before would allow a person to coordinate easier to be availabe at delivery time. Driver did however adjust schedule once I explained I couldn't meet him at his desired time.

Thank you for nice review. Although we do everything we can on our end to ensure 5 star customer service sometimes we are at the mercy of the carrier and their timetable. Very glad it all went smoothly, however!
