I was faced with having to move a car ASAP from Washington State to California. Felicia was helpful, knowledgeable, explained the process to me from start to finish and held my hand through the entire thing. She let me know what to expect, explained any changes along the way, and really helped me feel confident that it would all be taken care of. The driver who contacted me was also polite, explained everything in detail, and was even early in the delivery. I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again.
